FSS Company Training // Module 4: Nutrition Eduction & Module 7: Decent Working Conditions

Online

The Food Security Standard (FSS) Company Training, held on 25 and 26 February 2025, brought together 23 private sector participants seeking to strengthen the practical application of the FSS within their own operations. The training covered two of the seven FSS capacity-building modules designed for company representatives and sustainability managers.

Particular focus was placed on nutrition education, exploring how FSS requirements on nutrition training can be translated into practical educational materials for employees and farmers. Participants also examined decent working conditions and related FSS criteria, gaining insights into their implementation within agricultural operations. The training highlighted practical approaches to promoting social sustainability and food security across agricultural supply chains through effective FSS implementation.

The training modules can be booked by interested parties based on their interests and key focus areas. Reach out to the FSS Team if you are interested!
