How can food security measures be implemented in agricultural production, and what difference can they make on the ground?
To answer these questions, the Food Security Standard has launched the Interactive Farm, a new online tool developed to make the FSS more tangible through practical implementation examples.
Based on the experiences of Gremca, a Colombian palm oil producer that previously worked with the FSS, the Interactive Farm demonstrates how on-farm food security measures benefit farmers, workers, and surrounding communities. From a garden where employees grow their own food, to nutrition training and a school transportation service, the examples illustrate how targeted actions can strengthen the Right to Adequate Food while contributing to more resilient agricultural value chains.

Rather than explaining the Food Security Standard through theory alone, the Interactive Farm shows how FSS requirements translate into hands-on measures on the ground. It offers companies, producers, certification bodies, auditors, and other stakeholders insights into how food security can be integrated into sustainability management and agricultural value chains.
The tool draws on real practices and experiences to make the Food Security Standard’s approach more accessible and easier to grasp.
We invite you to explore the Interactive Farm and discover how the FSS helps turn the Right to Adequate Food into concrete action.
