Human Rights Due Diligence / Conference Presentations

On 17 November 2021, the second FSS conference took place with keynotes by Michael von Luehrte (4C Services), Marcelo Burity (Nestlé), Katia Masias Bröcker (Meo Carbon Solutions & FSS) and Lisa Heinemann (Welhungerhilfe & FSS) as well as Alejandra Rueda (NES Naturaleza).

What changes do companies have to prepare for and what effects can be expected as a result? Are laws sufficient to ensure the human rights due diligence of companies and will producers in the Global South eventually benefit from new regulations in sourcing countries? Which instruments are available for companies to address these demands?
